How does it work?

CyberCage sits between your AI assistants and MCP servers, analyzing all requests and responses with advanced threat detection technology. It blocks threats before they can cause damage.

Is it free?

CyberCage offers a 14-day free trial with support for up to 5 MCP servers. After the trial, you'll need to upgrade to a paid plan (Developer, Team, Business, or Enterprise) to continue using the service.

Installation

How do I install CyberCage?

Run this one-line command:

Which operating systems are supported?

Do I need to restart my IDE?

Yes, after installation or toggling protection, restart your IDE for config changes to take effect.

Usage

Will it slow down my development?

No. CyberCage is designed for minimal latency. Our efficient detection engine ensures your AI workflows remain fast while staying secure.

What if the Hub is down?

CyberCage uses intelligent caching and redundant systems to ensure continuous protection during any service interruptions.

Can I disable protection temporarily?

Yes. Toggle protection OFF in the Dashboard, then restart your IDE.

Security

Does CyberCage see my code?

No. Only metadata (file paths, command names) is sent to the Hub, not file contents.

How is data encrypted?

All communication uses TLS 1.3 encryption. Data at rest is encrypted with AES-256.

What happens to blocked requests?

They're logged in threat reports for audit purposes, with full context of why they were blocked.
